• The Role of Head of UX Design & Brand involves owning the design language and customer experience across all interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure a consistent, clear, and delightful customer experience.
• This leadership role combines product design expertise with a strong focus on brand and storytelling.
• Lead product designers, establish design systems, and ensure scalability of UX as we expand globally.
• Minimum of 6 years of UX and product design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating product design, brand consistency, and cross-platform expertise.
• Track record of managing and developing high-performing design teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers.
• Experience in creating design systems and working within agile product teams.
• Background in Fintech, cross-border payments, or freelancer platforms.
