Intermediate Product Designer

📋 Description

• Address complex design challenges through elegant and effective design solutions

• Champion exceptional user experiences across various teams, including members, employers, and integrations

• Collaborate on designs by incorporating customer feedback, peer input, and insights from UX research

• Engage in all phases of product development, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and developers on various product features

• Develop high-fidelity designs and prototypes for new initiatives

• Contribute to the enhancement of our design system while maintaining product consistency

• Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies and League’s secure coding practices

• Uphold responsibility for executing League's policies and procedures, promptly notifying HR, Legal, Compliance & Security about any incidents, breaches, or policy violations

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design and/or Design Strategy

• Demonstrated expertise in designing cross-platform digital products (Responsive Web, iOS, Android)

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles across various solutions and platforms

• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional environments

• Exposure to the healthcare industry is preferred, but not mandatory

• AI Fluency
