📋 Description

• Lead the complete design process for features in various product areas from conception to delivery

• Translate intricate AI capabilities into clear, user-friendly, and captivating user experiences

• Maintain and enhance a cohesive design system for consistent and scalable products

• Design for emerging UX patterns in a dynamic AI product environment, leveraging market trends and competitor insights

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering efficiently without compromising quality

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers throughout the design process

• Prototype and test ideas rapidly before final implementation

• Provide constructive feedback during design reviews to elevate design quality

• Assist in fast-paced A/B testing with swift design iterations

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end product design experience, preferably in dating or social platforms, chat-based experiences, AI-generation tools, or live-interactive gamified products

• Proficient in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture

• Demonstrated ability to launch impactful features and iterate based on real-world feedback

• Proficiency in Figma with the capability to create production-ready UI assets

• Advanced prototyping skills to effectively communicate ideas, flows, and interactions to stakeholders

• Resourceful problem-solving skills to find creative solutions that blend beauty with practicality

• Strong aptitude for synthesizing insights from competitor and market research into actionable design decisions
