📋 Description

• Lead the complete design process for features spanning various product domains, from inception to implementation

• Simplify intricate AI functionalities into user-friendly and captivating experiences

• Manage and enhance a cohesive design framework to ensure uniformity and scalability across all products

• Create designs that align with the rapidly changing UX trends in the dynamic AI product realm, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering efficiently without compromising quality

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers throughout the design lifecycle

• Prototype and test concepts swiftly before finalizing designs

• Offer constructive feedback during design evaluations and strive for elevated design standards

• Embrace and encourage constructive debates to achieve optimal design outcomes

• Facilitate quick A/B testing with agile design iterations

• Experiment with AI-driven design processes to expedite delivery and explore innovative possibilities

• Stay updated on design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging interaction models

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end product design experience, preferably in dating/social platforms, chat-based interfaces, AI tools, or interactive gaming products

• Proficient in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture

• Demonstrated track record of launching impactful features and refining them based on user feedback

• Proficiency in Figma with the ability to create production-ready UI assets

• Advanced prototyping skills to effectively communicate ideas and interactions to stakeholders

• Resourceful problem-solving skills to deliver aesthetically pleasing and practical solutions

• Strong ability to translate competitor and market insights into actionable design decisions
