📋 Description

• Lead the complete design process for features in various product areas, from inception to delivery

• Simplify intricate AI capabilities into user-friendly and engaging experiences

• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system for consistency and scalability across all products

• Create designs that align with the fast-paced AI product landscape, incorporating market trends and competitor insights

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers throughout the design process

• Prototype and test ideas rapidly before finalizing designs

• Provide constructive feedback during design reviews to enhance overall quality

• Embrace and encourage healthy debate to achieve optimal design outcomes

• Support A/B testing with swift design iterations

• Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows for enhanced efficiency and innovation

• Stay updated on design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging interaction models

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end product design experience, preferably in dating, social platforms, AI tools, or gamified products

• Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture

• Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful features and iterate based on feedback

• Proficient in Figma with the capability to create production-ready UI assets

• Expertise in prototyping to effectively communicate ideas and interactions to stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills to balance aesthetics and functionality

• Ability to translate research insights into actionable design decisions
