• Lead the complete design process for features spanning various product domains, from inception to final delivery

• Facilitate rapid A/B testing with efficient design iterations
• Explore AI-driven design workflows to expedite delivery and discover new opportunities
• Stay abreast of design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging interaction models
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end product design experience, with a preference for backgrounds in dating or social platforms, chat-based interfaces, AI tools, or interactive gamified products
• Proficient in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture
• Demonstrated track record of launching impactful features and refining them based on user feedback
• Expertise in Figma, capable of producing UI assets ready for production
• Advanced prototyping skills to effectively communicate concepts, flows, and interactions to stakeholders and developers
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities to achieve aesthetically pleasing and practical solutions
• Strong aptitude for synthesizing insights from market and competitor research into actionable design decisions
