📋 Description

• Lead the complete design process for features spanning various product domains, from initial idea to final release

• Simplify intricate AI functionalities into user-friendly and captivating experiences

• Establish and enhance a consistent design system for scalability and coherence across all products

• Create designs that align with the rapid advancements in UX patterns within the dynamic AI product sphere, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers throughout the design process

• Prototype and test concepts swiftly before full implementation

• Offer constructive feedback during design evaluations to elevate design standards

• Embrace and encourage constructive debates to achieve optimal design outcomes

• Support fast-paced A/B testing with efficient design iterations

• Explore AI-powered design workflows to expedite delivery and innovate design possibilities

• Stay updated on design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging interaction models

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end product design experience, preferably in dating or social platforms, chat-based experiences, AI-generation tools, or live-interactive gamified products

• Proficient in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture

• Demonstrated ability to launch impactful features and iterate based on user feedback

• Proficiency in Figma and ability to create production-ready UI assets

• Expert-level prototyping skills for effective communication with developers and stakeholders

• Resourceful problem-solving skills to create aesthetically pleasing and practical solutions

• Strong ability to translate competitor and market research into actionable design choices
