📋 Description

• Lead the complete design process for features spanning various product domains, starting from inception to delivery

• Simplify intricate AI functionalities into user-friendly, compelling experiences

• Manage and enhance a cohesive design system to ensure uniformity and scalability across all products

• Create designs that align with evolving UX trends in a dynamic AI product environment, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering efficiently without compromising quality

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers throughout the design process

• Prototype and test ideas rapidly before final implementation

• Offer constructive feedback during design evaluations and strive for high design standards

• Embrace challenges and encourage constructive debates for optimal design outcomes

• Support agile A/B testing through swift design iterations

• Explore AI-assisted design workflows to expedite delivery and explore innovative possibilities

• Stay updated on design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging interaction models

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end product design experience, preferably in dating or social platforms, chat-based interactions, AI tools, or interactive gamified products

• Proficient in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture

• Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful features and iterating based on real-world feedback

• Expertise in Figma with the ability to create production-ready UI assets

• Advanced prototyping skills to effectively communicate ideas to developers and stakeholders

• Resourceful problem-solving abilities to balance aesthetics and functionality

• Strong capability to incorporate competitor and market insights into design decisions

• Desirable: Experience in designing AI-driven products or complex tech experiences, Familiarity with AI content-generation tools like Midjourney, Kling, or Replicate, Genuine interest in AI demonstrated through personal or professional projects, Proficiency in effective copywriting, Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for seamless collaboration with developers, Experience in subscription-based products focusing on retention and monetization
