• Your responsibilities will include guiding the design strategy, component structure, documentation quality, and implementation efforts for Genesis across various platforms such as web, native mobile, and server-driven UI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of Product Design background

• At least 2 years of specialized experience in design systems, encompassing component structure and cross-functional expansion

• Proficiency in Figma at an expert level, including constructing intricate components, token frameworks, and adhering to design system best practices

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, with a keen eye for detail, clarity, and coherence

• Robust technical expertise, comfortable collaborating with engineers, coding, and understanding implementation trade-offs

• Thorough comprehension of accessibility guidelines (WCAG), usability principles, and platform-specific norms

• Proactive and pragmatic approach, prioritizing progress over perfection

• Keen interest in emerging technologies, with exposure to or application of AI in design or system workflows

• Background in working within a cooperative, cross-functional product development environment

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your responsibilities, while also being collaborative and supportive towards colleagues
