⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of product design experience focusing on complex or enterprise-level software

• Proficiency in end-to-end UX/product design to create impactful solutions for complex issues

• Strong passion for storytelling, capable of bringing design concepts to life through compelling narratives

• Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives, market feasibility, and technical constraints

• Skilled in facilitation and cross-functional collaboration to integrate the efforts of multiple teams, gather and synthesize feedback, and lead design discussions with company-wide impact

• Experience with design systems and identifying common components essential for various customer use cases

• Proficient in measuring success using both qualitative and quantitative methods

• Experience in enhancing processes and methodologies to elevate product development
