Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the holistic design vision for investment and cryptocurrency products on various platforms including web, mobile, and tablet

• Establish design systems and set UI/UX standards for a multi-currency wallet functionality that supports both cryptocurrency and fiat payments

• Create seamless user experience flows that connect portfolio management with various trading tools such as spot trading, margin trading, and investments

• Define and upkeep a design language that harmonizes professional trading capabilities with accessibility for a wider audience

• Develop end-to-end user journeys for onboarding, asset management, cryptocurrency payments, and security setup

• Design user-friendly interfaces for intricate cryptocurrency operations

• Optimize mobile-first experiences for real-time portfolio tracking and executing trades

• Design responsive layouts that function flawlessly across desktop trading terminals and mobile applications

• Craft interfaces for wallet dashboards, portfolio management, transaction history, asset allocation views, trading solutions, and more

• Design intricate data visualizations for portfolio analytics, profit & loss tracking, and market performance metrics

• Create interactive prototypes for new functionalities

• Establish clear visual hierarchies for transaction confirmations, address verifications, and security alerts

• Develop notification systems that efficiently communicate security alerts and transaction statuses

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 6+ years of product design experience with at least 3 years in fintech, cryptocurrency, or trading platforms

• Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully launching and expanding digital financial products with measurable user adoption rates

• Showcase a portfolio highlighting expertise in complex data visualization, mobile-first design, and financial interfaces

• Have experience designing for both novice users and professional traders within the same platform

• Exhibit expert proficiency in design tools and a strong grasp of responsive design principles and mobile app design patterns

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining design consistency at scale

• Possess knowledge of front-end development limitations and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers

• Deep understanding of FinTech and/or cryptocurrency wallet UX patterns and security considerations in interface design

• Familiarity with trading interface design including order books, candlestick charts, portfolio trackers, and real-time data displays

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting cryptocurrency interface design such as KYC flows and compliance alerts
