• Spearhead the complete experience strategy for a key product domain, establishing the course and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

• Engage hands-on in design tasks when necessary, particularly in the initial stages of problem-solving or intricate interaction design

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 6+ years of experience in product design, with exposure to senior or lead positions

• Showcase a robust portfolio illustrating product-focused thinking, craftsmanship, and influence in web and/or mobile interfaces

• Demonstrate expertise in guiding fellow designers and enhancing team performance through feedback, mentorship, and strategic guidance

• Deep comprehension of user-centric design principles, with the ability to streamline complex workflows and render them user-friendly

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities—capable of motivating a team, influencing stakeholders, and advocating for superior design

• Display a proactive attitude—comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving towards clarity
