• The Product Design team molds the interaction between our members and care teams on our platform to improve health outcomes.

• The Lead Product Designer for Care Tools spearheads the UX strategy and design implementation for the internal care platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in designing digital products, including B2B, enterprise, or clinician-facing platforms.

• Demonstrated track record in leading UX projects and contributing to strategic product planning.

• Proficient in interaction and visual design, with expertise in tools like Figma and common prototyping environments.

• Background in user research and usability testing, particularly in complex or regulated sectors.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems; advantageous if experienced with EMR/EHR or healthcare tools.
