• Contribute to maintaining Goody's position as a frontrunner in UI/UX for corporate gifting.
• Possess over 5 years of experience in product design with a compelling portfolio showcasing refined, innovative, and engaging work.
• Demonstrate exceptional visual design skills, ranking in the top 5% with expertise in composition, typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Capable of taking a seed of an idea and transforming it through exploration, iteration, and evolution into a captivating solution.
• Comfortable overseeing end-to-end feature development - from strategy to user experience, visuals, and autonomous delivery.
• Flourish in dynamic startup environments, embracing growth-oriented mindsets and a culture of constructive feedback.
