📋 Description

• Take the lead in shaping Seed's online shopping experience from the initial interaction to long-term engagement, creating experiences that are iconic, unique, and deeply human.

• Develop innovative design systems that blend storytelling, scientific precision, and user-friendliness across various platforms.

• Prototype cutting-edge designs that incorporate motion, interaction, and multi-sensory elements to make Seed not just functional but truly memorable. Collaborate with teams across departments to translate scientific concepts into engaging and trustworthy experiences.

• Influence both the product and the company culture by setting high design standards, fostering creativity, and cultivating a culture of design excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• A visionary with expertise in both brand expression and product systems.

• A design enthusiast who understands that emotion is just as crucial as structure in design.

• A designer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in product and brand design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in visual, interaction, and motion design.

• Curiosity about the intersection of design, science, and culture, and a passion for defining Seed's presence in the world.

• Enjoyment in building from scratch rather than just optimizing existing designs, thriving in uncertainty and taking pleasure in creating new solutions.

• Proficient in utilizing AI design tools to streamline workflows, experiment efficiently, and swiftly move from concept to resolution.
