• Lead the design efforts for TCGplayer’s fulfillment products

• Collaborate with various departments to create customer-focused solutions

• Develop and own the UX Design roadmap

• Advocate for customer needs and design direction

• Work closely with product, technical, and business teams

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX Design

• Demonstrated leadership in web, mobile, and service design

• Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects

• Proficiency in user experience design methods

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma

• Experience in agile user research

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
