• Your role will be pivotal in the behavioral health sector, creating user-friendly experiences that streamline administrative tasks while enhancing care quality through thoughtful design.
• As a key leader, you will develop AI-powered interfaces that resonate with clinicians, seamlessly integrating intelligent features into existing clinical processes.
• Collaborating closely with product management, engineering teams, and clinical experts, you will transform cutting-edge AI technologies into elegant design solutions that optimize essential care delivery workflows.

• Minimum of 7 years of product design experience in a tech company with a focus on design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong background in UI and interaction design with meticulous attention to detail, including exceptional writing skills for product and microcopy
• Ability to swiftly iterate and generate diverse design concepts, incorporating user testing to validate decisions
• Effective time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Innovative thinker with a knack for generating ideas and finding solutions in challenging scenarios
• Portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving, innovative solutions, and a clean visual aesthetic
