⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 7+ years of design expertise, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role

• Demonstrate proficiency in guiding product designs from inception to fruition, communicating vision through design explorations, documentation, and presentations

• Skilled in conducting user interviews, identifying core issues versus proposed solutions, and effectively conveying insights to a dispersed team

• Thrive in an iterative design process, drawing motivation from group and user feedback

• Advocate for and effectively explain the importance of superior design to diverse stakeholders

• Embrace a growth mindset and proactively engage in team support where needed

• Proficient in prototyping to elucidate nuanced design choices

• Showcase a portfolio of work showcasing your problem-solving abilities in complex scenarios with intersecting organizational structures
