• Demonstrated expertise in designing intricate, multi-step workflows, preferably in contract, project management, or marketplace settings.

• Possess a strong inclination towards experimentation—proficient in A/B testing, user research, and leveraging data to enhance designs.

• Showcase a compelling portfolio illustrating end-to-end product design for web and mobile platforms—emphasizing interaction, visual, and UX design with clear reasoning behind your choices.

• Effective communicator and collaborator, with a proven track record of influencing product strategy through design.

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, along with experience in user testing and AI prototyping tools such as V0, Galileo, or equivalent.

• Familiarity with designing for AI-driven experiences, encompassing intelligent workflows, LLM use cases, or cross-functional collaboration with ML/AI teams.
