📋 Description

• Develop and deliver top-notch legal compliance courses by brainstorming, outlining, QA testing, and ensuring timely delivery

• Ensure that all legal compliance courses adhere to federal and state regulatory standards set by our legal experts

• Collaborate closely with Legal teams to guarantee the accuracy and currency of all course content

• Utilize AI-driven workflows and automation to enhance course creation processes

• Implement AI-assisted procedures to expedite content production, such as prompt libraries and templates

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance authoring tools and internal systems

• Proficiency in developing compliance training programs (e.g., OSHA, workplace safety, data privacy)

• Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory requirements into engaging training materials

• Experience working with legal teams or compliance stakeholders

• Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar technologies

• Proven track record of streamlining workflows using AI to enhance quality, speed, or scalability

• Strong skills in written communication, instructional design, and meticulous attention to detail

• Familiarity with course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline/360 Learning
