• Possess at least 5 years of experience in creating innovative learning solutions within industries known for progressive learning delivery and platform capabilities
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing metadata, taxonomy, and search tools to enhance content accessibility and personalization across various learning environments
• Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) with the ability to provide solutions tailored to their functionalities
• Proven track record in designing for diverse delivery modes such as live (virtual or in-person), coaching, blended learning, and on-demand/eLearning
• Strong background in video editing and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360
