β’ Work closely with our Learning Experience Designers to create engaging and impactful learning experiences using various methods and platforms.
β’ Ensure course content is formatted correctly to maintain quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.
β’ Develop expertise in product knowledge to assist with new product launches and updates.
β’ Utilize strong communication skills to convey documentation and internal requirements effectively, while staying updated on industry trends.
β’ Manage the lifecycle of learning content, including creation, updates, organization, and archiving.
β’ Coordinate course publishing and content management using LMS and CMS platforms.
β’ Conduct QA testing on learning experiences to ensure quality.
β’ Maintain accurate course data, release notes, and documentation.
β’ Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze content performance and engagement.
β’ Assist in various communication efforts related to learning announcements and updates.
β’ Minimum of 2 years experience in learning operations, customer enablement, or a related field supporting training programs.
β’ Proficiency in PowerPoint and graphic design tools like Canva or Figma for creating professional presentations.
β’ Experience with Storyline 360 and Rise for developing learning solutions.
β’ Familiarity with LMS (Docebo & Cornerstone Galaxy) and CMS (Seismic) platforms.
β’ Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
β’ Team player with strong organizational and coordination skills.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10% of the year.
