• The Role

• As a Learning Experience Designer at Deputy, your responsibilities will involve designing, maintaining, and testing in-product learning experiences. Leveraging your expertise in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, and user onboarding, you will strategically design, develop, and test effective user journeys using tools like WalkMe.

• These guided experiences play a crucial role in converting free trials, simplifying account setup, providing timely support, and enhancing product adoption. A profound understanding of agentic AI's capabilities is essential, as the learning experiences you create will integrate with and optimize these AI functionalities.

• Succeeding in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong technical acumen, and a commitment to data-driven decisions and continuous optimization to achieve desired outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Solid background in Instructional Design, UX, and Adult Learning, with experience in Digital Adoption Platforms such as WalkMe (preferred), Pendo, or Whatfix.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and jQuery selectors.

• Practical knowledge of agentic AI and AI chatbots for support.

• Keen attention to detail for accurate technical implementations and clear communication.

• Ability to independently manage diverse projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Embraces ambiguity and is enthusiastic about learning and experimentation.
