π― Requirements
β’ At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing e-learning
β’ Leveraging Articulate Storyline or similar tools
β’ Applying Adult Learning Theory
β’ Implementing knowledge management strategies to ensure accessible and well-structured content
β’ Strong technical writing skills to develop clear, concise, and effective learning materials
β’ Strong organizational skills
β’ Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
β’ Familiarity with task management tools
β’ Experience in learning data analysis to assess behavioral and business impact of training programs
β’ Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, technical writing, and presentation/facilitation abilities
β’ Proven ability to work in diverse teams
β’ Strong eye for detail and adherence to processes
β’ Availability to work during US time zones
