β’ Develop guidelines and procedures for Flight Operations instructional design and development in collaboration with the Training Lead and Instructional Technology Lead.
β’ Create and oversee project and program plans, defining scope, goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
β’ Design eLearning, simulations, and work aids as part of the Training Team, leading learning projects from start to finish and assessing effectiveness with stakeholders.
β’ Ensure quality of training content and manage learner records and regulatory compliance documentation.
β’ Advocate for innovative learning solutions within Wing.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ 4-6+ years of experience as a Learning Experience Designer (LXD), Instructional Designer (ID), or similar role.
β’ Demonstrated experience creating training content in regulated industries such as aviation, defense, or medical fields.
β’ Portfolio showcasing skills as a LXD/ID [Required]
β’ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and develop training for technical skills.
β’ Strong grasp of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and project management.
β’ Proficiency in Articulate 360 (preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in LMS administration.
β’ Willingness to travel domestically 2-3 times per year for Wing training events.
