• Supervise and provide support to a team of product designers covering various product domains.
• Ensure that projects align with overall business and customer objectives, delivering cohesive and thoughtful end-to-end experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to synchronize on strategy, scope, and implementation.
• Assist designers in their professional development, growth, and performance by offering regular feedback, coaching, and development plans.
• Shape design team processes and methodologies to guarantee efficient and high-quality results.
• Partner with design leadership to maintain design excellence and foster a strong, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
• 3–5+ years of product design expertise encompassing UX, UI, systems thinking, and customer-centric design at scale. Experience in SaaS (particularly B2B) is advantageous.
• 2+ years of experience managing product designers or leading cross-functional projects with significant impact on product direction or business outcomes.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop designers at various levels.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design decisions and lead through influence and collaboration.
• Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and other departments to achieve common goals.
• Highly organized and impact-driven, adept at setting priorities, creating focus, and aligning teams towards high-impact tasks.
