🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

• Proven expertise in mobile design, design systems, and UX for AI-driven products.

• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and ability to integrate inclusive design practices.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, specifically with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.

• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.

• A track record of successfully implementing and maintaining scalable design systems.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex scenarios into intuitive designs.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Empathetic leadership style that fosters trust and collaboration.

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

• $165,000 - $195,000; New hires are typically hired at a salary between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range, depending on experience and internal equity.
