• As the Principal Learning Experience Designer, you will utilize your relevant expertise to strategize, create, and deliver top-notch, well-written, pedagogically sound, digital-first solutions that address specific market challenges faced by educators and students.
• You will lead a collaborative scrum team to tackle various proven market issues.
• Leveraging data from diverse sources, you will foster innovative thinking within the team to craft optimal solutions within given constraints.
• This role will exemplify problem-solving skills, effective teamwork, and prioritization abilities to provide incremental value to users in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• 7-8 years of experience in instructional design for K-12 students.
• Proficiency in Spanish language arts, biliteracy, and teaching and evaluating multilingual learners.
• Preferably, experience in K-12 teaching.
• 1-2 years of Agile Scrum Product Owner experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish; proficient in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated expertise in various systems like IPS/In Copy, Habitat, Plankton, OneCMS, and/or WebCMS/Learnosity.
• Consistently sets up digital experiences for clear data accessibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA (preferred).
• Skilled in data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience in creating and utilizing metadata (preferred).
