📋 Description

• Collaborate with design leadership and executives from various departments to create momentum and alliances on a large scale for strategic initiatives

• Advocate for the significance of Editor Platform design strategy throughout the organization

• Define the broader Editor Platform strategy and execute key strategic projects in partnership with product managers, engineers, and other collaborators

• Motivate a high-performing team of designers within the Confluence group

• Enhance the quality of craftsmanship across all design specializations within your team

• Represent the perspective and requirements of Editor Platform design in major design strategic endeavors

• Lead the evolution of team operations and design standards to expand the influence and effectiveness of the design team

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic product design, specializing in complex or enterprise-level software

• Demonstrated expertise in designing for technically intricate scenarios, particularly within large-scale platform environments

• Proficiency in creating clarity amidst ambiguity through impactful design solutions for complex challenges

• Strong storytelling skills, capable of bringing design direction to life through compelling narratives

• Experience in balancing customer needs with business objectives, market feasibility, and technical requirements

• Skilled in facilitation and cross-functional collaboration, adept at integrating the efforts of multiple teams, gathering and synthesizing feedback, and leading design discussions with company-wide implications

• Background in guiding large organizations through periods of change

• Track record of measuring success using qualitative and quantitative methods

• Experience in enhancing processes and methodologies to elevate product value, team efficiency, and the adoption of new capabilities
