• Strong passion for storytelling, adept at giving life to design direction through compelling narratives
• Experience in balancing customer requirements with business objectives, market feasibility, and technical constraints
• Proficient in facilitation and cross-functional collaboration, showcasing the ability to integrate multiple teams' efforts, gather and synthesize feedback, and lead design discussions with company-wide impact
• Skilled in guiding large organizations through periods of change
• Proficiency in measuring success using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Experience in enhancing processes and methodologies to boost product value, team efficiency, and speed up the adoption of new capabilities
