🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years as a product designer, user experience designer, or similar role with accompanying experience in visual design.

• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience.

• Excellent user-centered design skills with proficiency in Figma/Sketch and modern prototyping tools.

• Excellent communication skills for articulating design vision and engaging with varied audiences.

• Ability to be autonomous with initiative and end-to-end ownership of complex projects.

• Strong familiarity with industry standard UX practices and methods.

• (Bonus points) Experience working with remote or distributed product teams.

• (Bonus points) UX and site experience across mobile and desktop.

• (Bonus points) Knowledge and experience with motion design and animation.
