• Possess over 12 years of experience in product design, focusing on complex systems, enterprise SaaS, or scalable design solutions.
• Demonstrate deep proficiency in systems design thinking, showcasing a track record of developing and extending scalable design models, patterns, and frameworks across organizational boundaries.
• Exhibit outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, leveraging research, data insights, and design thinking to drive user-centric outcomes.
• Display exceptional storytelling and design abilities to clarify complex and abstract topics when engaging with stakeholders.
• Have a strong grasp of visual design principles, encompassing grids, layout, typography, and composition, and the capability to create visually appealing and harmonious designs.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to align design with architecture, influencing technical decisions that enhance user experiences.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma and prototyping software, capable of co-designing and iterating with cross-functional teams.
• Possess excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders in product, engineering, and design departments.
• Demonstrated history of coaching and mentoring designers to elevate craft quality and instill a growth mindset.
• Familiarity with design systems, contributing to their development and scaling within a complex organization.
