Principal Product Designer

📋 Description

•Take on the role of UX/UI Designer for web and mobile Rental apps

•Collaborate closely with clients and product owners to address customer challenges through design solutions

•Utilize various programs and tools to create designs, with a focus on Figma but open to other drafting tools

•Develop strategies to enhance user interaction with our apps through thoughtful design choices

•Ensure a seamless and user-friendly software experience for customers using our product extensively

•Conduct quality checks on design implementations before deployment

•Engage in discussions with teams to explore new features and find solutions to user issues

•Lead design projects through product launches, transforming sketches into polished mockups

•Immerse yourself in product teams to gather feedback for enhancing product design and functionality

•Maintain visual consistency across app features and contribute to design systems for various apps within the company

•Advocate for a consistent brand design and exceptional user experience

⛳️ Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in leading design teams, establishing design systems, and standardizing product aesthetics

•Proficiency in both mobile and web app design

•Experience in user testing, particularly in keyboard accessibility and visual contrast testing

•Understanding of CSS/HTML and browser capabilities for effective design collaboration

•Proven track record in designing forms with multiple inputs and data-rich tables

•History of delivering user-centric products with tangible impacts on consumers

•Excellent communication skills for remote teamwork and clear articulation of strategic goals

•Portfolio showcasing skills and qualifications is required for consideration
