• In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing user experiences on the Federato platform.
• You will play a pivotal role in creating new experiences, refining existing designs, and shaping the future direction of our product.
• Our team works swiftly to address a variety of complex product challenges, with a strong focus on enhancing end-user experiences in commercial underwriting.
• As a Product Designer at Federato, you will define, prototype, and design innovative features and product enhancements.
• Your responsibilities will include crafting visually appealing UI designs, features, and interactions that meet specific user requirements.
• You will champion user-centric design principles and propose product design ideas that enhance overall user satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and fellow designers to define and implement new features and offerings for our customers.
• Showcase the product's direction through mockups, wireframes, and visuals that guide our team of engineers effectively.
• Engage in constructive feedback exchanges with other designers to uphold high standards of quality continuously.
• Possess 4-10 years of professional design experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments.
• Provide a portfolio showcasing examples of your previous product design projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and team members to iterate on visual and UX designs.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and taking ownership of end-to-end designs and product features.
• Excellent presentation, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
