• We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal UX Designer to join our team and revolutionize the way people interact with real estate technology.

• As a Principal Designer at Anywhere Real Estate, you will be at the forefront of designing innovative software that helps streamline processes for our agents and brokers.

• Your visionary approach and leadership will drive the design team to new heights, creating applications that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and profitable.

• Responsibilities include spearheading design concepts, overseeing multiple design projects, building relationships with partners, mentoring junior designers, collaborating with the UX research team, and developing design operations strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

• Proven track record (10+ years) of designing user experiences for web and mobile applications with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, etc.).

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Experience working with user research and usability testing.

• Knowledge of current UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Strong understanding and advocacy for accessibility.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions and strategies.
