•We are currently in search of a Principal Product Designer to spearhead innovation, collaboration, and creativity alongside product managers, engineers (AI, backend, and frontend), customers, marketers, learning specialists, and more as we continue to expand.
•Working closely with the Chief Product Officer to shape the product roadmap, this designer will craft design documents, leverage AI for quick prototyping, facilitate internal design workshops, conduct usability testing, and more to address the evolving needs of our customers.
•Minimum of 8 years of UX experience, with a focus on data, particularly in AI-driven products or gaming/simulation environments.
•At least 3 years of experience in B2B design.
•Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
•Thorough grasp of UX design principles.
•Proven track record in usability testing and user research.
•Strong communication and presentation abilities.
•Capable of working independently while fostering a collaborative design environment.
•Problem-solving skills and a knack for creative thinking.
•Passion for innovative solutions and a methodical approach to realizing a product vision.
