• We are seeking a Principal Product Designer with extensive experience in designing intricate systems to join our dynamic team.
• Minimum of 8 years of product design experience, including at least 3 years at a principal, lead, or staff level.
• Demonstrated success in designing complex tools or platforms, particularly for internal users in operational or logistics-focused industries.
• Portfolio showcasing advanced interaction design, systems thinking, and research-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in user research, with a track record of planning and executing studies that inform product development.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problem areas independently and deliver impactful solutions.
• Solid grasp of interaction design principles, information architecture, and UX writing best practices.
• Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with the ability to effectively communicate designs to engineers and PMs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to articulate the rationale behind design choices to various stakeholders.
