⛳️ Requirements

• Must have over 10 years of experience in designing and launching digital products, showcasing leadership skills and impactful results.

• Experience in developing strategies for complex service experiences across multiple platforms.

• Portfolio demonstrating strong system thinking, visual design, and positive business outcomes.

• Proficiency in Figma and modern research tools, with a strong ability to lead and mentor design talent.

• Preferred qualifications include experience in fintech, credit servicing, or customer support environments, and a commitment to inclusive design standards.
