• Manage intricate design challenges by addressing wide-ranging, unclear issues and delivering solutions that cater to user requirements and align with Hubspot's future objectives.
• Spearhead the Product Vision by collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering to establish and refine the product and design vision for a novel marketing platform.

• Conduct Validation Research with UXR partners to design and conduct generative and evaluative research to validate concepts with actual users.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration to serve as a unifying link between product, engineering, and executive leadership to harmonize design strategy with business objectives.
• Contribute to Design Systems to ensure designs are scalable, consistent, and contribute to the enhancement of HubSpot's design system.
• Provide Mentorship & Leadership by assisting other designers through knowledge sharing, feedback, and guidance to elevate the design quality within the team.
• Previous experience in designing 0-1 products or brand-new systems within dynamic organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing AI-based interactions and workflows.
• Profound interaction design skills, coupled with strong visual design capabilities and a proven track record of simplifying complexity into clarity.
• Proficient in prototyping tools like Figma, Framer, or custom-coded environments.
• Familiarity with marketing workflows, tools, and user personas—especially within the B2B sector.
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and validation research methodologies.
• Excellent communication abilities with a knack for clearly presenting intricate concepts.
• Comfort with uncertainty and a mindset geared towards experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Located in either Ireland or the UK.
