• Previous experience in designing 0-1 products or brand-new systems within dynamic organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing AI-based interactions and workflows.
• Profound interaction design skills, coupled with strong visual design capabilities and a proven track record of simplifying complexity into clarity.
• Proficient in prototyping tools like Figma, Framer, or custom-coded environments.
• Familiarity with marketing workflows, tools, and user personas—especially within the B2B sector.
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and validation research methodologies.
• Excellent communication abilities with a knack for clearly presenting intricate concepts.
• Comfort with uncertainty and a mindset geared towards experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Located in either Ireland or the UK.
