Product Design Fellow

📋 Description

• Assist in the advancement of Panorama's platform: Collaborate with experienced designers to create innovative experiences for educators and students.

• Engage in AI-driven workflows: Aid in designing and exploring AI integrations for user workflows, enhancing data-driven decision-making efficiency.

• Engage in discovery & research activities: Participate in user interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions to strengthen research skills and directly influence design choices.

• Contribute throughout the design process: Bring concepts to fruition through user flows, high-fidelity UI, and AI-driven prototypes, continuously refining work based on feedback and user data.

• Foster collaboration & communication: Present designs to various stakeholders, practice articulating design rationale, and embrace constructive feedback openly.

• Cultivate empathy for K–12 users: Develop a genuine understanding of Panorama's educator audience and let empathy guide design decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional or internship design experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply

• Portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design sensibilities

• Proficiency in Figma, or significant progress towards mastering it

• Some exposure to AI tools in design workflows (Figma Make, ChatGPT, or similar generative tools)

• Strong communication skills: Ability to ask insightful questions and collaborate effectively

• Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and develop as a designer

• Interest in working in a dynamic, innovative environment that values creativity
