• Collaborate with various team members such as writers, designers, developers, product managers, marketers, and support engineers to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Gain hands-on experience in the complete design and product development process, working on impactful projects that directly impact users.
• Receive mentorship from experienced designers to enhance your skills, receive feedback, and foster personal growth throughout the internship.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives, events, and design community activities to immerse yourself in Atlassian’s culture and programs.
• Must commit to a 12-week full-time program from November 2026 to February 2027.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree and planning to return to the program after completing the internship, with graduation expected by December 2027.
• Demonstrated passion for user-focused design and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of good design principles, either through personal design/UI projects or team collaborations.
• Experience in making informed decisions in uncertain and changing environments.
• Access to health and wellbeing resources.
• Paid volunteer days for community engagement.
