• The current commercial insurance process relies heavily on emails, PDFs, and lengthy underwriting cycles, often taking weeks to finalize coverage. Anzen is developing the world's premier AI insurance platform for brokers, significantly enhancing how they handle submissions, choose markets, and create quotes for their clients.
• We are seeking a Product Design Lead to craft the user experience at the core of our platform. You will create user-friendly, AI-focused workflows that empower brokers to work more efficiently and intelligently, directly impacting hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance premiums. In this position, you will oversee the entire design process, influence product strategy, and help establish a design-focused environment. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and early customers to bring simplicity and clarity to a highly intricate industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing SaaS or enterprise platforms that facilitate user interaction with extensive data.
• Proven capability to lead the entire design process from concept to implementation to refinement.
• Proficiency with Figma and contemporary design systems.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, uncertain environments; you excel in multitasking roles.
• Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to champion design in cross-functional environments.
• Bonus: Previous experience as a founding designer or early design team member at a startup, contributing to the establishment of design principles from the ground up.
