🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with a strong portfolio in consumer mobile apps.

• 2+ years managing high-performing teams, driving both team growth and quality outcomes.

• Skilled in research, usability testing, and crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.

• Connect design decisions to business goals, using data to achieve measurable impact.

• Leverage proven patterns and best practices to create intuitive experiences.

• Experience maintaining and improving multi-brand design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
