📋 Description

• Responsible for coordinating the design team's workflow, organizing tasks for sprints, and establishing project timelines.

• Providing mentorship, utilizing a competency matrix, and strategizing professional growth opportunities.

• Inspiring designers and nurturing a cohesive design environment.

• Delivering and justifying design choices.

• Streamlining processes and daily operations in conjunction with stakeholders and various departments.

• Supervising work with external resources.

• Creating user scenarios, crafting interfaces, and developing layouts and prototypes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a design lead within a product team.

• 6+ years of design experience with a robust portfolio.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level.
