⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of in-house product design experience.

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating clear interaction and visual design, along with a well-defined thought process.

• Experience in designing for AI-powered products or intelligent systems like LLM-based tools, recommendations, or workflow automation.

• Proficiency in Apple HIG, Microsoft Fluent, and Material Design principles.

• Strong design and prototyping skills for rapid visualization and high-fidelity design delivery.

• Ability to work independently, lead in ambiguous situations, and collaborate across time zones.

• Experience collaborating with PMs, engineers, and researchers to create exceptional products.

• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and guiding junior designers or peers.

• Design proficiency within regulatory constraints while maintaining exceptional UX.

• Familiarity with productivity tools or collaboration software design (preferred but not mandatory).

• Knowledge of onboarding flows, user education, and conducting user research and usability testing (helpful but not required).

• Experience contributing to or managing a multi-platform design system, and understanding AI ethics and data transparency (helpful but not required).
