Product Designer – AI

📋 Description

• Lead the entire design process: from initial research and discovery to creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs

• Develop user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing experiences that simplify complex financial issues into clear user pathways

• Enhance the design system to ensure uniformity and scalability throughout the product

• Utilize data, user research, and experimentation to continuously validate and enhance designs

• Utilize AI to enhance initial research, competitive analysis, and swift exploration of multiple design concepts

• Validate ideas quickly by adopting simulated user perspectives and different personas

• Utilize your expertise to identify the best directions from AI-assisted explorations and focus on creating high-quality design iterations

• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, engineering, and customer experience teams to refine and iterate on designs

• Work alongside engineering to ensure smooth design-to-development transitions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in fintech or consumer-oriented applications

• Proficient in Storybook, Figma (components, auto layout, libraries, prototyping), and Framer

• Strong ability to simplify complex issues into intuitive user flows and justify design choices

• Experience with design systems, component-based UI, and design-to-development processes

• Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and using data for design decisions

• Basic knowledge of Git, version control workflows, HTML, CSS, and accessibility best practices

• Bonus: Experience using AI tools to create interactive prototypes for testing ideas
