• Take the lead in product design for AI/LLM tools, translating business goals into actionable features.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, lead requirements sessions, and present design strategies to executives.
• Create intuitive AI-assisted workflows and user interfaces that balance automation and user control.
• Quickly prototype, iterate on designs, and collaborate closely with engineers on technical feasibility.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product design, with exposure to cross-functional roles (PM, Designer, Design Lead).
• Proficiency in AI/LLM products such as prompt engineering, RAG systems, context management, and AI UX.
• Strong technical skills including API design, data models, and system architecture.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative pair design/programming.
• Expertise in Figma and rapid prototyping.
• Excellent stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and task prioritization skills.
