Product Designer, B2B, Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to bring products to market

• Engage in all phases of product development, from initial exploration to launch

• Generate clear and concise design solutions for complex problems

• Iterate quickly on design concepts, moving from low to high fidelity for handoff

• Collaborate with engineering early on to refine design constraints and ensure feasibility

• Ensure design quality by closely working with Product and Engineering teams

• Engage in discovery and design activities with customers and stakeholders

• Create design deliverables (flows, wireframes, prototypes, visuals) at appropriate fidelity levels

• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and style guides

• Share work with fellow designers, engage in design critiques, and foster a supportive team environment

• Hands-on involvement in product design encompassing interaction, visual design, and user research; facilitate workshops and feedback sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of product design experience (Experience in Enterprise SaaS, healthcare industry, or healthcare data is a bonus)

• Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product management teams

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects (from discovery to delivery)
