• Engage in end-to-end processes spanning discovery, ideation, and delivery
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional team to produce impactful product experiences and design assets
• Participate in innovation and early-stage projects
• Conduct design workshops, user research, and validation activities
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system
• Advocate for top-tier design thinking throughout the organization
• Proficient in Figma, JIRA, and other standard product design and prototyping tools
• Depending on the project, engage in immersive user research and strategy one week, and deliver final UI for an MVP the next
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product design
• Skilled in designing throughout the entire product lifecycle, from exploration to delivery
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating work in product design, particularly for intricate workflows
• Strong design acumen and ability to apply design best practices effectively
• Excellent communication skills and adept at collaborating with various stakeholders
• Experience working in agile environments as part of a product team
• Results-driven mentality, prioritizing impact over perfection
• Flexible and practical approach to excel in a dynamic startup setting
• Bonus points for experience collaborating asynchronously with global teams
