• Work closely with the product team and engineers to develop compelling, efficient, and user-focused interfaces for our threat intelligence solution.
• Your designs will empower users to visualize their network infrastructure, detect key threats and vulnerabilities, and receive valuable insights on risk mitigation.
• This is a part-time role, requiring a commitment of 20 - 25 hours per week.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in UI/UX design, specializing in designing interfaces for security tools, threat intelligence platforms, or data-rich applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating user interfaces for complex data-driven products, including dashboards, visualizations, and security tools.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Thorough understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience in developing data visualizations that present intricate technical data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence workflows, cybersecurity terminology, and popular security tools like SIEMs and SOARs is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic setting.
• Background in designing for security operations centers (SOCs) or interacting with cybersecurity professionals.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Understanding of security frameworks, threat modeling, and attack vectors.
• Knowledge of design systems and creating reusable components for consistency and scalability.
